Our client is a commercial developer that owns a plot in rural Bedfordshire. They want to develop the land and asked MAW to complete a feasibility study to assess the site plan options for a mixture of housing types.

We produced several schemes ranging in size from 16 affordable houses to one super prime dwelling, complete with a swimming pool and tennis court.

We are working with a local planning consultant to advise the client on the likeliness of success with a planning application and a suitable planning strategy.
