Bedford Twilight 10k Done
After months of training, we’ve finally completed the Bedford Twilight 10k run with the Impakt Housing & Support team.
What a privilege to run for this worthy charity and to raise some much needed funds in the process. At the last count, we have managed to raise around £930.
We hope to break through the £1k mark after a few final donations are sent in.
Update: we have now achieved more than £1k in donations for Impakt. We’re really happy to have delivered this amount for such an excellent charity.

Runners say that for every mile you run, it takes the same amount of days to recover. And that seems about right, as we were both a little sore the week after the run. But, we are raring to go again with another challenge. Perhaps we’ll go for a half marathon next time around : – )
