Our client owns a block of flats in Bedford that needed internal refurbishment and external improvement works.

MAW designed and project managed the refurbishment, including the internal fit-out process, designing new kitchens, bathrooms and decorations throughout.

Building upgrades were required to improve thermal efficiency and to achieve an EPC rating that meets new legislation for rental properties.

Works completed on this block of flats delivered a 30% increase in the asset’s capital value and more than doubled the rental potential.
